Please note, Automatic Trap Company can only accept returns from purchases made through the Automatic Trap website, Goodnature websites, or Automatic Trap affiliated retailers. If you purchased your product from an in-store retailer or a alternative retail website, please contact the seller directly as we may not be able to assist you in processing your return. Similarly, this also applies for any manufacturer warranty replacements or parts and pieces for your trap. Contact support@automatictrap.com for any additional questions.
To get your return, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained from support@automatictrap.com beforehand and the product must be returned to Automatic Trap within 2-Weeks of your request for return.
Your account will be credited when the trap is received. Please note: We do not accept returns on consumables such as lure and CO2 canisters.
Please be informed that we cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, contact our customer service team for further instruction.
