What's the minimum order to get started?
There's no minimum order. You can start with a single unit. Volume pricing kicks in at standard case-size thresholds, and the more you order, the better the per-unit pricing gets. Tell us your expected order pattern when you reach out and we'll size pricing to match.
How fast can you ship?
From our Sparks, NV warehouse, most orders dispatch within 1–3 business days. Bulk and custom logistics are scheduled with your account manager.
Do you sell direct to the end customer?
We sell direct-to-consumer through automatictrap.com for B2C buyers. We don't compete with our partners on commercial accounts — once you're in our partner program, regional and account protections apply.
What training and support do you provide?
Online product training is included for every partner. Field installer certification is available for operators deploying on client sites. High-volume and strategic accounts get direct access to Goodnature's technical team.
Do you support government and municipal contracts?
Yes. We've coordinated multi-site deployments for government conservation programs, municipal pest management, and large agricultural operations. These accounts get named-team support and custom logistics from day one.
How do you handle warranty and parts?
